BootCamp SOS is a fun, motivational and sustainable weight loss incentive that gives you the support and encouragement needed to make lifestyle changes that will change the way you train and eat forever!
During 8 weeks training, our amazing Coach Emma Tizley will provide you with the encouragement and motivation towards a goal to complete the event while raising money for a charity of your choice.
BootCamp SOS brings together consistent exercise and manageable nutrition to allow you to see and feel changes to your body, mood, energy levels and mental health over the 8 week period.
We'll be training not only the muscles you can see but also the ones to help you improve your posture and strengthen your core.
Throughout the 8 weeks you will have access to 6 classes per week plus 1 group sessions a week to maximize your results.
A BootCamp SOS WhatsApp group will help motivate you and give you meal ideas as well as the chance to discuss your journey with like minded people.
We will be here for you to support with your diet, form and lifestyle.
